I live in the great state of Idaho, where if it's a sunny Saturday in February you know you'll have snow by Monday.

My aunt grew up telling me I'd be a writer. I remember both her and my mom correcting my writing, asking me to add detail and then forcing me to revise again. Of course, at that time I thought I would grow up to become a fiction writer. I don't mind fiction, but I write very little of it. I'm more interested in opinion and information -- which, by the by, is always in formation.

My greatest writing passions include relationships, love, communication, epilepsy and personal finance.
